10Gs by Compound Genetics is a clever strain name as it indicates both the power of the strain being akin to the force exerted when taking off in a rocket ship and the stack of cash you'll have after running her.
10Gs is a Jet Fuel Gelato (JFG) backcross of sorts as both of the Gastro Pop parents are influenced by the Jet Fuel Gelato lineage, with the Apples & Bananas' being a genetic cross of Now N Later x Jet Fuel Gelato, whilst Grape Gasoline is Grape Pie x Jet Fuel Gelato.
The JFG mother is undoubtedly prominent across the strain's lineage, and throughout testing, the plants were very uniform and had stellar characteristics. The best selections will likely have the rigid structure and commercial strength from the JFG but with the complex aromas, flavour & deep colours from the Gastro Pop. Compound Genetics' top selections balanced sweet and savoury notes with some outliers expressing complex floral tones.
