Bubble Bag Filter Bag Set & Spacers
The Bubble Bag filter bag set and spacers have been designed by the Aether Green extractors for a simple-to-use design that provides the users with the maximum yield opportunities. Featuring their proprietary stacking filtration system that enables you to remove many of the difficulties with using traditional bubble bags for filtration.
They're made using high-quality, food-grade nylon mesh and prioritise both elite high standards and optimum functionality, it includes 5 spacers and one simple collection/ storage stand.
This bubble bag and filtration system redefines the filtration process with maximum ease of use, enabling you to handle each bag with just one hand which streamlines your workflow. Now, the inclusion of the bubble bag spacers removes the potential contamination risk by guaranteeing that the bubble bags never come into contact with unwanted surfaces where contamination can occur. The spacers and bags are compatible with any standard 5-gallon bucket to make collection easy.
The 5-bag set includes mesh-sized bags from 45u to 220u, allowing for a full spectrum yield with each extraction run; simply pair it with the spacers and use the collection/ storage stand, and the entire process becomes an absolute breeze. The bags come in 220u, 190u, 160u, 90u, and 45u for optimum collection and are also made from food-grade nylon mesh for peace of mind.
The full mesh's shallow design allows for single-handed processing, which vastly improves the collection speed.
The bag/ spacers nest together to stop contamination occurring when they're not in use as well as meaning that it will fit in a much smaller space. The included collection stand gives you the ability to quickly collect your yield and store your bags when the collection is complete.
Portable Rinse Station
The portable rinse station will massively raise the game for home producers. It's been designed to perfectly match the diameter of the 5-gallon bucket, making it a seamless transition from the filtration process. It is also compatible with the standard bag, ensuring a hassle-free washing experience.
The rinse station has a serious 7-gallon capacity, eliminating dependence on running water sources and granting you the freedom to set it up wherever you need.
Featuring an auto pump which can sense the pressure and also has an extended-length sprayer hose which provides unmatched convenience during the rinsing and collection stages. It also works great for those who are aiming to maintain the optimal water temperatures with the built-in koozie which effectively preserves the coolness of the water and reduces the need for additional ice to be added.
As is the whole Aether Green range, everything is made from elite-tier food-grade material, guaranteeing a pure and uncontaminated energy exchange with your material, setting the new standard for home washing solutions.
The Automatic Washer Set also features a false bottom, which reduces the need for the included 400-micron work bag. This drastically reduces the drag and any friction that occurs between your material and the nylon mesh of the work bag whilst also working to increase the overall capacity so you can wash up to 2000g of WPFF (whole plant fresh frozen) material at once.
Thanks to the false bottom's design that simply slots and screws into place, it is easy to disassemble and clean in between your washes; just unscrew the two wing nuts using your hands to take off the mesh screen so you can thoroughly clean it.
Moreover, the false bottom is made entirely of food-grade 304 stainless steel.
Last but not least is the new V2 auto paddle upgrade, this was designed to create far less drag whilst still effectively agitating the biomass and allowing for increased capacity, using this with the false bottom means that 2000g wash sizes of WPFF is easily achievable, it is also made of food-grade 304 stainless steel the same as the wash vessel.
