Recyclers

Recyclers are scientific glass bongs or dab rigs that feature 2 or more water chambers that form a (usually internal) loop for the water and smoke. As the smoker inhales, water circulates around the entire smoke path, rapidly cooling and cleaning the hit. After the hit the water is dumped – or “recycled” back down into the main chamber ready for the next time.

The benefits of recyclers are many and varied and some are more obvious than others: Firstly, the smoke or vapour is spending longer in contact with the cooling water, so hits are smoother, cooler and cleaner. Additionally, most Recycler rigs are equipped with percolators which filter the hit further still for the ultimate toke.

Secondly, the presence of a second chamber acts like a makeshift splash guard, so it’s almost impossible to get a mouthful of water from a recycler hit – feel free to blast that badboy as hard as you like!

Thirdly, recycler rigs contain less air and more water, so vapour will not go stale. Flavours are much more pronounced and taste fresher for longer.
