Sticky Situations: Non-Stick Extraction Sheets from Honey Slick

Honey Slick clearly fully understand the needs of their customers. The new range comprises four products, each designed for a specific step along the road of home extraction:

First up are the Honey Slick Pre-Cut PTFE Oven Sheets. These are available in packs of 12 sheets to fit two different standard-sized vacuum ovens – 15”x17” or the smaller 14” x 14”.
Made from the highest quality, lab-grade polytetrofluoroethylene (PTFE), the sheets are already cut to the exact shape and size you’ll need. No more extract seeping from hand-cut paper sheets, it will not curl up like parchment paper, and the sheets are heat-transfer rated up to 260°.
PTFE is 100% resistant to commonly used extraction solvents such as butane or propane. It can be directly exposed to solvents for extended periods with no adverse effects and no leaching. PTFE is thicker, stronger and much more reliable than conventional parchment papers and also doubles as a handy, non-stick wrapper for your finished products.

Honey Slick also produce their PTFE material in these larger, 2m rolls. Again, this is the same material used in the pre-cut extraction sheets except this version allows you to cut the sheeting exactly to your own custom shape and size, to fit your own needs.
This PTFE roll is foldable, fully reusable and can be easily scored or creased to your desired shape. It is 100% resistant to non-polar solvents, making it a perfect liner for vacuum purging. Suitable for heat transfer up to 260° and fully pH-balanced, this is the ideal solution for those working with sticky extracts at home.

Finally, we have the Honey Slick Non-Stick FEP Sheets. These are 10cmx10cm fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) sheets designed to be used as wrapping or packaging for storing and displaying your finished extracts.
The FEP sheets are amazingly non-stick and are completely transparent – perfect for displays. FEP will protect your delicate extracts over time, thanks to its robust resistance to sunlight. This will also help to keep terpenes intact, for those great-tasting dabs we all love. These pre-cut FEP sheets are packaged in boxes of 50 squares for consistency and ease of use.
